We offer a 7-day return policy for our Design Store items to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. Clients may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their purchase by emailing [email protected].

Our team carefully reviews all return requests to ensure the quality of our educational materials and storybooks. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once a return is approved, our team will inspect the item before processing the refund. Clients should note that refund processing times may vary depending on their individual bank’s policies.
